Tim joined Our Bookkeeper in 2023 to support growth and expansion, bringing decades of experience building and scaling businesses from early-stage startups to multimillion-dollar exits. His path started early in door-to-door sales before serving as an Army Scout in Alaska, where four years of operating in remote environments reinforced the importance of structure, process, and disciplined execution.

After leaving the military, Tim worked in construction financing with global banks before moving into the copier industry, where he helped introduce the Print Audit and cost-per-copy model that later became industry standard. He went on to lead nationwide sales performance for major manufacturers and helped retrench more than 130 companies using LEAN principles, value stream mapping, and operational modernization. Alongside Debra, he co-founded two companies that grew to $1M and $9M in revenue before being sold.

Without a traditional academic path, Tim built his approach through extensive study and real-world application, drawing heavily from systems thinking, LEAN, and organizational development. Influences such as Drucker, Deming, and Schein shaped his belief that tools change, but sound systems and clear thinking endure.

At Our Bookkeeper, Tim focuses on structure, execution, and momentum — applying LEAN and Theory of Constraints principles to help trade businesses grow without adding unnecessary complexity or chaos.
